What made you choose ONU?
The biggest deciding factor for me when it came to choosing Northern was the size. I loved the fact that classes were small, professors knew their students and that everyone had an equal opportunity to take part in whatever they wanted around campus. At ONU, I knew I wasn’t going to be a number or another face in the crowd.

What would you tell someone who is considering ONU?
I would tell anyone considering ONU to give it a try. It may not be for everyone, but chances are you will like what you see. And it’s always great to see new additions to our Polar Bear community!

How have you changed during your first year at ONU?
I have grown and matured in so many ways since I have been here. I have made new friends, enjoyed all of my classes and have had opportunities to work with professionals through the Musical Theatre department. Northern has shown me that the possibilities are endless.

What's the best thing about being a Polar Bear?
The best thing about being a Polar Bear is always seeing a familiar face.
