Quantitative Determination of Hydrogen Sulfide by P. Vulgaris and P. Mirabilis

To quantitatively determine the amount of Hydrogen Sulfide produced by the bacteria Proteus Vulgaris and Proteus Mirabilis. Determination was achieved by indirectly measuring the amount of Lead Sulfide produced over a 24 Hour period. Quantitative measurements were taken using a Buck-20 Atomic Absorption Spectroscoper.
