Broedel-Zaugg Named to Agency Board

Kimberly Broedel-Zaugg, professor of pharmacy practice, has been appointed to the board of trustees for the Area Agency on Aging, Area 3, formerly PSA 3.

The organization assists older adults, persons with disabilities and their caregivers in locating resources and services to promote consumer-directed options and independence in the community.

The Area Agency on Aging was incorporated Oct. 21, 1974, as a private non-profit corporation to administer Title III funds allocated from the Older Americans Act of 1965 through the Ohio Department of Aging. Ohio is divided into 12 regions. Area 3 provides services to people age 60 years or older in Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, Hardin, Mercer, Putnam and Van Wert counties.
