Director of Institutional Research – Omer I. Minhas

Omer I. Minhas has joined ONU as director of institutional research.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science, with a minor in mathematics, from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, Ala., and his master’s degree in computer systems and software design from the same university.

He comes to ONU from Dartmouth College, Hanover, N.H., where he was assistant director of systems and reporting.  Prior to that he was coordinator of institutional research for Jacksonville State University.

As director of institutional research, he will oversee the collection and analysis of data about the University and oversee participation in local and national studies. He will also assist with University accreditation projects and compile accountability data for external and internal use.
