Communications and Marketing - Randy Walk

Randy Walk has joined ONU’s Office of Communications and Marketing as the new associate director for multimedia development.

Previously, he worked as a multimedia producer with The Columbus Dispatch. Before coming to the Dispatch in 2002, Walk worked in sports broadcasting as a freelance video editor on events such as Fox’s coverage of the NFL and the 1995 and 1997 MLB World Series.

He has won numerous awards from the Ohio News Photographers Association and in 2007 won the Associated Press Society’s “Best Videographer - First Place.”

He has a bachelor’s degree in radio and television as well as a master’s degree in information science, both from Kent State University.
