Diversity Forum Focuses on White House

The Ohio Northern University Black Law Students Association’s 11th annual Diversity Forum will be held in the ONU Pettit College of Law Moot Court Room on Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 11:30 a.m.

The forum will focus on “From the White House to the Classroom: A Look at the Changing Face of America.” Amanda E. Compton, visiting assistant professor of law, will serve as moderator of the panel, which features prominent professionals from both the public and private sectors. The panel will discuss the social, economical and political impact of President Obama’s election on the American landscape.

The panel will consist of Patricia Hardaway, president of Wilberforce University; Brian Thomas, partner with Graydon, Head & Ritchey LLP; and Jason Upthegrove, president of the Lima Chapter of NAACP.

This panel discussion is open to the public.
