Master Plan Study to Begin

In an effort to continue to plan for the future and to continue and enhance the strong positive relationships and interactions between ONU and the village of Ada, the University has entered into an agreement with Dillin Corp., the developers of Levis Commons near Toledo, to create a non-academic development master plan for the ONU campus and surrounding areas. The master plan will address commercial and residential development, says Dr. Robert Ruble, vice president for financial affairs.

The process will take about 17 weeks and will involve many from the campus and the community. More information will be provided later, but this early announcement is made so that faculty and staff will not be surprised if they are contacted by Dillin Corp.

Over the next four weeks, Dillin Corp. will be gathering information and making initial contacts. If you are contacted, please be as helpful as possible.
