Food for Fines

Heterick Memorial Library will celebrate National Take Back Your Time Week with a Food for Fines campaign to support the Ada Food Pantry.

From Jan. 24-31, 2010, students, faculty and staff are encouraged to get organized and clean up their library account.

One food item or personal care item will clear up to $1 worth of fines.

With the exception of canned vegetables, all other non-perishable food items are needed. Personal care items needed include razors, shaving cream, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste and hand lotion. Bottled water is also accepted.
