Law Alum and Student Author Article

Will Reisinger, L’ 08, and Scott Winograd, a third-year law student, along with Trent A. Dougherty, have authored an article in the January/February issue of Ohio Lawyer.

Titled, “Is the 10th Amendment really ‘under fire’?” the article is featured under the In Our Opinion column.

Reisinger is staff attorney for the Ohio Environmental Law Center. Dougherty is director of legal affairs for the Ohio Environmental Council and director of the Ohio Environmental Law Center. Winograd is an intern with the law center.
