Dr. A.F. Alhajji
Dr. A. F. Alhajji is an Associate Professor of Economics in the College of Business Administration, Ohio Northern University. He previously worked at two universities that are strongly affiliated with the oil industry, the University of Oklahoma and Colorado School of Mines.
Dr. Alhajji is a published author with more than 300 articles and columns to his credit. He continues to use his vast knowledge of issues related to international economies, natural resource economics, environment, and oil industry to contribute to academic journals and international publications, including the Energy Journal, OPEC Review, Journal of Forensic Economics, Energy Policy, Journal of Energy and Development, Industry and the Environment, the Oil and Gas Journal, Middle East Economic Survey, and Dialogue, to name a few. He is a syndicated columnist, and his articles have appeared in several countries and several languages.
He is a contributing editor for World Oil magazine and responsible for preparing the annual oil reports for the Middle Eastern countries. He is an associate editor for Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. In addition, he was the energy columnist for “Alwatan” daily newspaper in Saudi Arabia. His articles tracked world energy trends and matters relating to world oil markets, energy policy, environment, energy conservation, energy efficiency, and economic growth. He was a columnist for two newspapers and a weekly magazine in England and Saudi Arabia.
