Little known fact about Melissa:
I never planned to attend ONU! I was prepared to attend Miami University and major in business, but when I was accepted to ONU, I figured another college visit wouldn't hurt. After getting lost, driving five hours and getting stuck in a snowstorm - I arrived at Northern with a pretty negative attitude. But after speaking with enthusiastic admissions counselors, taking a tour of the beautiful campus and visiting an "Introduction to Public Relations" class that explained 100 careers you could have in PR - I completely changed my mind. I could not be happier! ONU and PR were the perfect fit for me!
