Citing Electronic Sources
Since formats for citing electronic resources vary, students should always consult their professors as to the appropriate citation method for a particular class or assignment.
One commonly used style manual, The Bedford Handbook (Hacker), contains useful information in the section "Researched Writing - Documentation Styles."
- The current printed version is on reserve at the Heterick Circulation Desk.
- The book also has its own web site
Several organizations have their own formats for citing electronic resources. An excellent link to them is Online Citation Styles.
