The James F. Dicke College of Business Administration Receives Grants
Ohio Northern University's James F. Dicke College of Business Administration has been awarded two grants totaling $13,000 from Marathon Oil Company to support students majoring in accounting.
"We truly appreciate the generosity of Marathon Oil Company for providing the cash gift to support accounting scholarships. Many of our students would not be able to enter our college's accounting program without the generous scholarship support like that provided to us by Marathon," said Dr. James Fenton, dean of The James F. Dicke College of Business Administration.
Two $6,000 scholarships will be awarded to students majoring in accounting. The remaining $1,000 will be used to assist professional societies, help students attend industry professional meetings and provide funds for teaching activities.
