ONU Department of Music to Present Faculty Spring Jazz Concert
The Ohio Northern University department of music will present "The Faculty" in the spring jazz concert "We Got the Blues: A Celebration of Blues and Jazz Classics" in the recital hall of the Presser music building on Monday, April 23 at 8 p.m..
"The Faculty," a musical group features ONU faculty members Ed Zickafoose and Charles Bates, along with Jack Taylor, saxophonist; Larry Carney, bass; George Miller, trumpeter; and Tesa Jordon, vocalist; and John Zickafoose, vocalist.
The recital will showcase a jazz trio, solo piano and combination jazz.
The program is free and open to the public. A reception will take place immediately following the performance in the lobby of Presser Hall.
