‘The Velveteen Rabbit’ Comes to Life at Ohio Northern University

The Ohio Northern University Freed Center for the Performing Arts presents "The Velveteen Rabbit" Thursday, Jan. 15, at 9:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. in Biggs Theatre.

Based on the classic children's book by Margery Williams, "The Velveteen Rabbit" tells the story of a plush toy bunny coming to life with the transforming power of a boy's love. Presented by Enchantment Theatre Company, this innovative production features an original score, live singers, extraordinary puppets and a touch of magic sure to delight audiences young and old. Don Sebesky, Tony, Emmy and Grammy Award-winning composer and arranger, lends his musical talents to the performance.

Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for children.
