Ohio Northern University presents “Paying the Price To Play: a symposium on the Division III Student Athlete Experience” on Thursday, April 14, 2011, at 7 p.m. in the Forum of James F. Dicke Hall.
The ONU History, Politics and Justice Department and the Office of Multicultural Affairs are sponsoring the event, which will feature two panels over a two-hour period. One panel will consist of Division III administrators and coaches, and the second panel will feature current and former athletes. The event is free and open to the public.











The Ohio Northern University concrete canoe team captured second place in the American Society of Civil Engineers’ regional concrete canoe contest at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich., April 1-3. The success qualifies ONU to compete in the national competition in Evansville, Ind., June 16-18.

The ONU Law Jessup International Law Moot Court Team completed Feb. 10-12 in the 2011 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition Midwest U.S. Super-Regional Round in Chicago. Out of 24 teams competing, ONU finished seventh after the preliminary four rounds.
