ONU Student Receives OSCPA Scholarship

Ohio Northern University senior Megan Monaco has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

An accounting major from North Canton, Ohio, Monaco was selected for one of just 10 statewide scholarship awards from the society. She also was invited to participate in the OSCPA annual scholarship day in the spring, where she will compete with nine other OSCPA Statewide Scholarship recipients for an additional $3,000 award.

Founded in 1908, The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants is a professional association dedicated to advancing the accounting profession in Ohio.
