College of Engineering to Host Ohio Department of Development Event

Ohio Northern University's T.J. Smull College of Engineering will host an Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) Advanced Energy "Road Trip" event at The Inn at Ohio Northern University at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30.

This is one of 12 state-wide events conducted by ODOD's Ohio Energy Office that will provide information to area manufacturers on opportunities that exist in the supply chain of Advanced Energy, including wind, solar, biomass and biofuels.

Scheduled presentations include the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority's Finance Programs and Ohio Stimulus Package; the Industrial Efficiency EnVinta Program; Wind Industry in Ohio and Supply Chain Opportunities; Solar Industry in Ohio and Supply Chain Opportunities; ODOD Biomass and Biofuels Programs; and Renewable Deployment for Commercial and Industrial Companies.
