The Instant Messenger service is available during the following hours.

Mondays - Thursdays 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. ; 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Fridays 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Sundays 10 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
