Symplicity Career Services Manager (CSM)

Symplicity is an online data management system primarily for connecting students, employers, and jobs. Some graduate school opportunities are also available. Symplicity also allows you to upload your resume and share it with employers.

General Access:

All ONU students can access Symplicity to view personal data, jobs/on-campus recruiting opportunities, employers, and on-campus events.

Full Access:

Register with Career Services by completing a Consent to Release Information form in order to participate in events and on-campus recruiting opportunities.

Log in to Symplicity using your ONU email address and LUMINIS password.

Symplicity Guidelines

• On-campus interviews show up in the list of CSM jobs only if you use the "Show Me" function and select "Interviews I Qualify For" or "All Interviews."
• If you RSVP for an event and fail to attend, you will be counted as a "no-show" unless you un-RSVP on the site before the RSVP deadline or call the office to cancel your reservation. No-shows for events are reported to their department or college.
• If you don't log into Symplicity at least once every six months, your account will become inactive. Your resume will no longer be included in online resume book that employers can see. You can fix this by logging into Symplicity again.
• Student resumes should be updated at least annually. Graduating students may need to update their resume as often as quarterly during their graduating year.
• Resumes are considered outdated and will be deleted if they are more than 12 months old.
