The Office of Career Services collects data from graduating students both for internal evaluation and to share with the University community. The final version of this report is prepared in November, six months after graduation. Below is some selected data from each Assessment Report.

Notes about Salary Data

• The ONU salary figures are often less than the national average because a majority of ONU graduates choose to remain in Ohio to work. Keep in mind that in general, Ohio salaries are less than national salaries due to lower costs of living, etc.
• ONU figures are based only on students who reported their starting salary to the Office of Career Services. ONU ranges are only calculated when at least 3 students reported their starting salary.
• National Data is take from the NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers) Salary Surveys. National Ranges represent 25th -75th percentiles and are only given when a sufficient quantity of data was collected.
