Communication with Career Services

Need to refer questions or individuals to the Office of Career Services? Please use our official office email address, career@onu.edu, instead of sending messages to individual staff. The office email address is monitored throughout the day, every business day. Sending messages to that address allows for a quick response to you or others.

Symplicity

Symplicity is an online data management system where students interact with employers in a virtual environment. Students can view and apply for jobs and on-campus interviewing schedules, post documents (ex. resumes, letters, portfolio items), receive announcements and RSVP to participate in activities and events sponsored by Career Services. Employers can post jobs, view student resume books and manage on-campus interviewing schedules. Career Services uses the system as a means to track activity and information as well as target both students and employer contacts with pertinent information. Faculty may request and receive "read only" access to Symplicity in order to monitor:

• Employer Alumni Contacts
• Advisee / Student Engagement Reports
