Print Management


 

In order to improve the efficiency, quality, cost, and functionality of print devices throughout campus, ONU has contracted with Perry proTech to provide a comprehensive print management solution.  With the launch of print management, departments pay a per print/copy fee for all copiers and printers.  This fee will include the cost of all toner and maintenance.  Most departments will have access to a multi-functional copier which will eliminate the need for personal, desktop printers.  All inkjet printers will be eliminated and no longer supported by Information Technology.  Additionally, any unauthorized laser jet printers will no longer be supported by Information Technology and no University funds are to be spent purchasing supplies or support.
 
To maximize the cost savings, departments cannot purchase printers, copiers, or any toner/ink supplies for existing printers and copiers.  All supplies for authorized printers and copiers can be obtained by emailing purchasing@onu.edu.
