The ONU Women's soccer team will be hosting a benefit game this coming Sunday, April 14th, at 2 PM at the ONU Soccer Stadium. Admission for the game is free.
All proceeds earned during the game from t-shirt sales (limited supply), baked goods, donations, and the raffle will go directly towards the hospital bills of ONU Biology Professor Jamie Sanford's 4 year old son who was recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer known as Synovial Sarcoma.
A great effort has already been made as the girls have presold over 200 "Team Brady" shirts around campus to help raise money for the family. If you have pre-ordered a t-shirt you are able to pick it up at the game. A limited supply will be available for purchase at the game itself for $10.
Additionally, there will be a raffle held at halftime of the game for prizes to numerous local venues including Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Kewpee, East of Chicago, Padrones, The Inn, Crossfit of Findlay, and more! Raffle tickets will be sold 1 for $1 or 6 for $5 at the game and all prizes will be announced at halftime.
We are encouraging you to come and support not only the women's soccer team but also this great cause!
