Jonathan Ephraim David Wey's education background includes a Bachelors Degree in Music Composition from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, and a Masters Degree in Choral Conducting from Butler University. He spent the summer of 2006 in Paris, France with the European American Music Alliance studying composition, counterpoint, theory and harmony, graduating with Distinction in counterpoint and harmony. He has participated in many choirs and is a professional vocalist at Aire Born Studios in Indianapolis. An active composer, he has written many works for choir and chamber instruments, and has served as adjunct professor of music composition and aural skills at Ohio Northern University, as well as visiting conductor with Bluffton University where he conducted Handel's Messiah in 2016. He currently resides in Lima, Ohio with his wife and three children.
