Jason Duff, BSBA '05, has been named the recipient of the 2008 William L. Robinson Young Alumni Award. The award is given each year to an individual who is committed to Ohio Northern University, his/her profession and the community. The award is named in honor of Bill Robinson, BSEd '61, Hon. D. The ONU Freed Center for the Performing Arts will feature Micky Dolenz of 1960s rock group The Monkees. Dolenz will perform Saturday, Oct. 18, at 8 p.m. in Biggs Theatre as part of the ONU Homecoming festivities. Dolenz has been a figure on the entertainment scene for more than 40 years. The Ohio Northern University Alumni Jazz band will reunite for an afternoon of music and memories on Sunday, Oct. 19, at 2 p.m. in the Freed Center for the Performing Arts. The Ohio Third District Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in one criminal case in the Moot Court Room of Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18. The oral arguments will be held before a three-judge panel consisting of presiding Judge Stephen R. Shaw and Judges Richard M. Rogers and John R. Willamowski.
