Enrollment Census Reports
The Office of Institutional Research recently redesigned the enrollment census report that was previously distributed to departments in print. This new report is available online and consist of several interactive views and dashboards that allow users to drill down to the specific information they need. Not only can the users interact with the data, but they also have the ability to export views to various other formats such as pdf, excel and image files, among other formats.

Currently, the following views are available online:
- Overall Enrollment Dashboard: Provides trend data for overall enrollment, enrollment by college, gender and full-time/part-time status.
- Enrollment by College, Year, Term and Student Type: This view provides enrollment breakdowns by college, academic year, term and type of student (whether continuing, new, transfer, etc.).
- Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Enrollment by Student Type: Displays the headcount and full-time equivalent enrollment by college and student type for the selected filters.
- Enrollment by College, Year, Term and Class: Shows enrollment breakdowns by college, academic year, term and student classifications.
- Enrollment by College, Year, Term and Primary Major: Provides enrollment counts by college, academic year, term and primary major of students.
- Enrollment by College, Year, Term and Ethnicity: Provides enrollment breakdowns by college, academic year, term and race/ethnicity.
- Enrollment by College, Year, Term and Religious Preference: Lists enrollment counts by college, academic year, term and religious preference of students.
- Mean ACT of First-Time Freshmen:This table provides the mean ACT composite scores for all first-time freshmen enrolled in the fall terms.
- Ohio Map of First-Time Freshmen: Provides a map of first-time freshmen coming from various Ohio regions.
- Ohio & Neighboring States Map of First-Time Freshmen: Provides a map of first-time freshmen coming from various regions in Ohio and its neighboring states.
- Continental USA Map of First-Time Freshmen: Provides a map of first-time freshmen coming from various zip code locations in the Continental United States.
