NEW Tuition Reimbursement Policy
The Ohio Northern University tuition reimbursement policy is designed to assist full-time employees who enroll in graduate level coursework (master or doctoral degree) to enhance their current academic and administrative skill sets. Support staff positions will now be able to receive tuition reimbursement. Administrative employees and faculty (doctoral degree only} will continue to receive this benefit. However,faculty employees are governed by the faculty handbook under section 4.15. Please reference this handbook for the policy related to faculty classifications of employees. For support staff and administrative positions, the degree of choice must be in an academic area that would be beneficial to enhancing and developing the employee's employment with Ohio Northern University.
