Joint Engineering Council (JEC)
The Joint Engineering Council (JEC) represents the student body of the College of Engineering. Its purpose is to consider all matters relevant to engineering and computer science students, and also to secure greater cooperation and communication between the professional societies, the Dean of the College of Engineering, the faculty, and the students.

ΤΒΠ - Tau Beta Pi
A national honorary engineering association, members at junior rank must be in the upper 12.5% of their class and seniors must be in the upper 20% of their class.
ΥΠΕ - Upsilon Pi Epsilon
Upsilon Pi Epsilon recognizes outstanding talent in the field of computer science, promotes high scholarship, establishes high standards, represents Computer Science in interdisciplinary matters, and encourages individual contributions to society through computing sciences.

Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)
The ACM is a professional organization that promotes the advancement and exchange of information in the computing field. Members of the National ACM have access to many publications and online resources to stay updated on the ever changing and fast paced computer field. National members are also informed of conferences and contests that the ACM sponsors throughout the year.

Society of Women Engineers (SWE)
The Society of Women Engineers is a professional, non-profit, educational service organization of graduate engineers and men and women with equivalent engineering experience dedicated to making known the need for women engineers and encouraging young women to consider an engineering education. On the college level, the student section provides a base for contact with working engineers in all types of engineering, and with expert advisors concerning women as the minority in a no-longer-solely-man?s world. This student section provides not only educational support, but also hosts social activities.
