Is the Chair & Professor in the Department of Biological & Allied Health Sciences of the Ohio Northern University. Prof. Keiser has visited Cuba frequently to meet with Cuban faculty, administrators and students; Cuban and U. S. government officials; enterprise managers; and foreign government and commercial executives.
