Pre-Professional Programs
Pre-professional programs are designed to assist students with specific professional career goals. Several such programs are available to students in the Department of Biological & Allied Health Sciences. These programs are integral parts of our program and have specific faculty members that act as advisors for these career paths. The advisors/program coordinators in these areas are responsible for keeping updated on the requirements and status of the professional graduate/training programs in these career areas. The University has affiliations with a number of these institutions.
Pre-Medicine

It provides additional academic advising, special professional orientations and presentations, MCAT preparation, and assistance with professional school application and interviewing. For specific information about this program, contact 419-772-2326 or via email Dr. Nancy Woodley , Pre-Medical Sciences Committee Chair.
Pre-Physical and Pre-Occupational Therapy

Students are provided and encouraged to participate in related internship experiences.
