ONU to Host Fulbright Visiting Scholar

Ohio Northern University will host Fulbright visiting scholar Juan Manuel Guerra Hernandez beginning Jan. 20. Guerra Hernandez, an educator and dancer from Mexico, will teach at Ohio Northern through the beginning of May. Summer Honors Institute to Continue at Ohio Northern University

An Ohio Department of Education (ODE) grant will make it possible for Ohio Northern University to host its annual Summer Honors Institute (SHI) for gifted and talented Ohio high school students. This grant marks the fifth consecutive year of the program. ODE funding has increased from $50,000 in SHI's first year to $79,044 for 2009.
