Faculty present at National Mathematics Meetings

At the recent Joint National Mathematics Meetings in Boston, Dr. Bill Fuller, associate professor of mathematics, presented a paper on “Modeling thermal propagation along vein walls in endovenous laser treatment.”  Fuller presented work he has done in collaboration with Maria Raiti, mathematics and statistics department and a local surgeon, Ronald Bush, M.D.  Fuller also acted as chair of one of the AMS sessions on mathematical biology and related fields.

ONU to host sixth annual mock trial competition

Ohio Northern University’s mock trial program will host the sixth annual Polar Bear Invitational Mock Trial Tournament from Jan. 14-15. The competition will take place at ONU’s Pettit College of Law, Hill Building and Dukes Memorial.
