Publications

At the cornerstone of our program is the hands-on experience our students receive from the moment they arrive. Students are able to participate in a range of experiences, from reporting to editing to designing, in on- and off-line environments.

emedia:

emedia is a multimedia online resource for students and educators at Ohio Northern University. Dr. Jonathan Pitts currently advises emedia.

The Northern Review:

The Northern Review is Ohio Northern University's student-run newspaper. Dr. Bill O'Connell and Dr. Druann Bauer alternate advising the Northern Review staff. Dr. Bauer is the advisor for the 2011-2012 academic year.

Shakespeare and the Classroom:

Shakespeare and the Classroom is a publication jointly sponsored by The Shakespeare International Globe Centre (USA) and Ohio Northern University. Dr. Eva McManus co-edits this publication.

Polaris:

Polaris: Journal of Literature and the Arts is Ohio Northern University's student-edited literary journal. Dr. Geoffrey Babbitt advises the Polaris staff.

Characters:

Characters is the ONU English Department newsletter. Characters is written, edited and published by students in the English department. It appears annually each spring. Dr. Eva McManus advises this publication.
