The Dicke College of Business Administration offers mentorship opportunities to students.
Student Mentor - Freshmen in the College of Business Administration are encouraged to participate in the DCBA Mentoring Program. The objective of this program is to make a student's transition to ONU and the College of Business Administration a very positive one. Upperclassmen in the college serve as mentors who introduce freshmen to the academic and social culture at ONU and college, provide advice, and encourage freshmen to get involved in college and University acitivities.
Faculty Mentor - Students are assigned a faculty advisor who advises them both academically and professionally.
A full-time professional, available only to the students of Dicke College of Business Administration, leads our experiential-learning and career initiatives. The Office of Experiential Learning (OEL) offers students the resources they need to transition their classroom knowledge into a professional outlet.Contact: Matt Lambdin, Director
