"Energy Independence: Washington's Persistent Romantic Fantasy" will be the title of a public lecture by A.F. Alhajji, Ph.D., associate professor of economics at Ohio Northern University. The lecture will be 7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 30, in the Forum of Dicke Hall on the campus of ONU. “Wal-Mart: An American Company or A Chinese Agent?” is the theme for a debate at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 8, in the Forum of the James F. Dicke Hall on the campus of Ohio Northern University. Students in a special topics course in the College of Business Administration will debate the controversies, both domestic and international, that swirl around the international corporation.
