Cost of Study Abroad

Ohio Northern University has two distinct study abroad program types that are differentiated by cost and payment process.

Direct Exchange Programs Affiliated Organizations and Institutions
Cost of Program
The student's current tuition rate at ONU plus program specific housing costs and travel.  These programs are almost always semester or year-long programs.

Bill payment is through the ONU Controller's Office.
Cost of Program
Host University/Program tuition and fees (cost varies according to location and duration - some may be more, some less than ONU rates).

For most programs, bill payment is through the ONU Controller's Office. Some initial deposits or housing payments may be directly to the Host University/Program.

Notes
Some affiliated programs provide students with a discount on the program fee and/or have scholarships available.
