Professor Miller joined the Department of Technological Studies in the Fall of 2007. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Ohio Northern Univeristy, a Masters of Education from Walden University. Professor Rich is married to Patricia, and has two kids, Zach 18 and Chelsea 16. He had served in the military (U.S. Army) from 1982 to 1991. He is a member of NAIT and has an Administration certificate from Indiana Prudue Univeristy.
