Catalog Description:

Algebra and calculus as relevant to business:  algebraic, exponential, and logarithmic functions and their graphs, differentiation and applications of the derivative.

 

Course Objectives:

To introduce the student to algebraic, exponential, and logarithmic functions, differential calculus, and applications of these topics in the field of business.

 

Textbook:   College Mathematics for the Managerial, Life, and Social Sciences,

                    by Tan, 6th Ed.
